Returns and Refund Policy

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is committed to ensuring that our members are completely satisfied with their purchases from Therefore, we offer the following return and refund policy:


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact the Support Services Department at 202-728-6181 or via email at and they will guide you through the process.


Once we receive your returned merchandise and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and we will refund the full purchase price of the merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling charges.


Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including promotional codes, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
