All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS. There will be a $10.00 extended service area delivery charge applied to orders shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian members will be charged additional P.S.T. and G.S.T. fees.
Please note UPS is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; we must have a street address.
